The Key Account Representative will play a key role within the Core Europe ecommerce team, supporting the identification, onboarding and acceleration of new customer and channel opportunities, while providing operational and commercial support to account managers to ensure flawless execution of key business initiatives.,
Account Management & Commercial Operations/Execution
- Partner with the ecommerce team to help identify, set up and launch new customer opportunities and ecommerce business models.
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all commercial and operational requirements are completed efficiently.
- Contribute to initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Support the day-to-day management of e-commerce accounts across Europe.
- Assist in delivering customer growth plans and commercial objectives.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Provide operational support to Account Managers to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans.
- Support forecasting, promotional planning, pricing updates and customer administration.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting and customer requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service teams to support business objectives.
- Build positive and productive relationships both internally and externally.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Provide support for cross-category projects across the Mattel business.
This position requires a highly organised, commercially minded and adaptable individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes., 3 plus years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within e-commerce or a similar commercial environment.

- Team-oriented with a collaborative, empathetic and supportive approach.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in an additional European language considered a plus.
