The Team: The Mattel Creations DTC/Ecommerce team drives brand excellence and achieves revenue growth through our direct-to-consumer sites and partner channels across EMEA. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Mattel, from demand planning to post-purchase engagement, ensuring a seamless consumer experience at every touchpoint. As a globally distributed team reporting into the U.S., we support the fastest-growing brand in the business, reaching new consumers every day.
The Opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Associate Digital Marketing to join the Mattel Creations DTC/Ecommerce team. The position will report to the Senior Manager, DTC & Ecommerce. The candidate will be focused on execution of our paid media campaigns (Paid Search, Paid Social, etc.) and Email Marketing for our DTC Brand Mattel Creations across the UK and Germany, with potential expansion to further markets in 2026. The role includes platform set-up of campaigns, their optimization and reporting back to the Ecommerce team. This is a new capability we are creating in-house, which was previously managed by an external agency.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Paid social (Meta, TikTok), Paid Search (incl. PMAX, Demand Gen) campaign management in UK and Germany + other new markets once launched
- Managing Email marketing program incl. set up & reporting
- Partnering with regional and global Ecommerce team to optimise performance and priorities
- Providing creative insights to global team
- Tagging, UTMs & Pixel set ups where required
- Google Analytics & Shopify campaign analysis

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years hands‑on execution of ecommerce paid search & paid social campaigns, ideally optimised towards Sales, Revenue and ROI
- Hands‑on experience of digital platforms e.g. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok
- Email marketing knowledge, experience in sending out email marketing campaigns. ESP knowledge e.g. Klaviyo (preferred)
- Personalisation / AB testing experience within Media
- Analytical prowess to drive optimisation of live campaigns in‑house and with agency partners
- Highly self‑motivated and proactive with an eye for detail
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively drive toward results
- Collaborative style, with ability to challenge existing norms and status quo
- Competent communicator
- Positive attitude. Someone who creates and fosters a positive team culture
- Adaptable/Flexible – able to handle change
- Ability to influence and drive best practices
