The Opportunity: A once in a lifetime opportunity to join our in-house PR team in the UK as part of the wider EMEA comms group. Reporting to the PR Manager, we are looking for a self-motivated and well-organized PR Associate who is in their early years of developing their PR career.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Working directly with the PR Manager and PR Lead, supporting to execute first class integrated brand PR campaigns and events for UK market.
- Act as hub for creative, messaging, assets and materials for rest of EMEA driving best practice and efficiencies.
- Drive trade shows both in the UK and across EMEA.
- Coordinate network of PR agencies from coverage reports to vetting press and media lists.
- Administer EMEA press inbox with inbound requests distributing them accordingly to market agencies.
- Sign off press materials for franchise partners.
- Media sell in experience.
- Manage finance systems, raising PO’s and logging in finance systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience managing a press office and using media monitoring tools.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems is highly appreciated.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach.
What We Offer:
- Gross annual salary range of GBP 37,440 - GBP 44,460.
