We are looking for a talented, highly motivated Creative Artworker to join our Creative Team and work with us in producing original, creative and polished campaigns and content for our client brands, with a particular focus on the efficient, detailed production of high volume design assets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Asset Adaptation & Artworking: Adaptation and artworking of pre‑existing design assets.
  • Technical Specification & Setup: Ensure files and colour modes are set up in detail correctly for print and digital.
  • Quality & Brand Excellence: Ensure production of artwork is completed to the highest standards of design principles, brand consistency, technical accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process & Workflow Compliance: Adhere to our internal quality control procedures, and to our Studio’s systems, processes and storage structure.
  • File Management & Collaboration: Work in a manner suitable for the supply of open, editable design files.
  • Brief Analysis & Project Estimation: Interrogate briefs and input into the project execution methodology, giving estimates of production time.

What We’re Looking For

  • Artworking Experience: A minimum of three years of creative artworking experience acquired either within an agency or an in‑house team.
  • Software Expertise: Applied knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite production software.
  • Design & Technical Proficiency: A process driven individual with knowledge and experience in typography, colour and composition, technically confident, with the ability to quickly pick up new software and platforms.
  • Solid Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates a detailed, meticulous design and artworking process as well as creative flare.
  • Production & Brand Alignment: Good understanding of artwork specification requirements for all printed and static digital mediums and the ability to understand and interpret design guidelines in artwork execution.
  • Strong Collaborator: Confident communication and relationship building skills – a team player through and through.
  • Proactivity: Strong initiative and proactivity with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Drive & Adaptability: Self‑driven, with the ability to thrive while working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment with daily deadlines.
