We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Brand & Production Manager to work across multiple and varied projects, collaborating with our clients, and generally supporting our Brand and Production teams in turning campaign ideas into reality.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Brand Team Support: For larger scale projects, support your Brand Director in developing outstanding marketing campaigns and assets for exciting brands in the world of sport; assist with day-to-day client communications across a variety of projects.
  • Project Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, with the opportunity to take ownership of smaller-scale, design or delivery-heavy projects.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams, including designers, creatives, producers and brand managers, to facilitate the smooth planning and execution of project milestones, through to successful project delivery.
  • External Collaboration: Liaise with clients, freelancers and third parties (e.g. sound and photography studios) in the coordination of our projects.
  • Production Support: This is varied and will include researching and licensing of music and archive footage, assisting with the planning of shoots, collating creative feedback from creative review sessions, and carrying out quality control on the assets that we produce, and much more.
  • Resource and Project Management: Work with our Production and Brand teams in ensuring tasks are assigned within the studio in line with project milestones.
  • Project Foresight & Risk Management: Identify potential risks to projects and communicate these to the wider agency.
  • Champion Project Management Best Practice: Ensure that we are using the best tools and processes to optimise both our efficiency and the quality of our work.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum of 1 year's experience working within a creative agency or production house, with a proven track record of working directly with both creative teams and clients.
  • Organisational Flair: Exceptional skills in project planning and multi-tasking, with an eagle eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining meticulously high standards.
  • Adaptive Problem Solving: A logical thinker who enjoys finding solutions, navigating project complexities, and making informed decisions to keep workflows on track.
  • Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with the creative judgement and confidence to speak your mind and build lasting relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Digitally savvy and quick to learn new software, with hands-on experience using macOS (Pages, Keynote), GSuite, and cloud tools like Dropbox.
  • Agility & Resilience: The ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and meeting daily deadlines with ease.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-driven individual with a “can-do” attitude who anticipates project needs and understands the consequences of every moving part.
  • Team Collaboration: A dedicated team player who brings a great work ethic and a positive, proactive energy to a collaborative environment.
