We’re an independent design agency based in West Sussex, working with a mix of global brands with a particular focus in the beauty industry. You’ll be working closely with our creative team across a variety of projects, this role would suit someone who is collaborative with a great attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable working across briefs from multiple brands, open to feedback, and keen to grow within a fast-moving creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets across print and digital platforms
- Develop layouts and visual concepts that reflect each brand’s identity
- Work across a variety of projects including packaging, campaign assets, social media, presentations, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop creative ideas and solutions
- Prepare artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow brand and specification guidelines across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all design work maintains a high creative standard and aligns with brand guidelines
Skills & Experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop)
- Strong typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- 1+ year experience working in a creative or design agency environment
