We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team! We’re an independent design agency based in West Sussex, working with a mix of global brands with a particular focus in the beauty industry.
You’ll be working closely with our creative team across a variety of projects. This role would suit someone who is collaborative with a great attention to detail. You’ll be comfortable working across briefs from multiple brands, open to feedback, and keen to grow within a fast-moving creative environment.
- Design creative assets across print and digital platforms
- Develop layouts and visual concepts that reflect each brand’s identity
- Work across a variety of projects including packaging, campaign assets, social media, presentations, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop creative ideas and solutions
- Follow brand and specification guidelines across all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all design work maintains a high creative standard and aligns with brand guidelines
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Photoshop)
- Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple projects
- 1+ year experience working in a creative or design agency environment
- A designer who is both creative and highly organised
- A proactive thinker who takes pride in producing thoughtful, well-crafted design
Holidays: 20 days excluding bank holidays, full Christmas week closure and your birthday off.
Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) – Office Role with a work from home day after probation.
