About the role
The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of an effective and compliant supply chain from point of enrolment and throughout the partnership. The Supply Chain Coordinator role will focus on the following key priorities:
- Supporting the Supplier Relationship Managers with the successful onboarding of new suppliers and continued successful partnerships with existing suppliers
- Maintaining a high-quality supply chain through audits to ensure full compliance of contractual requirements
Core activities will include but are not limited to:
- Resolving BAU queries and issues from current suppliers via email
- Enrolment of new suppliers, ensuring addendums are produced accurately and on time
- Compliance audits of new and existing suppliers, flagging issues such as poor standard of candidate quality and non-attendance
- Report creation
- Processing of annual partnership fees
- Identification of new suppliers for hard to fill roles
- Completion of bank checks
- Event planning and delivery
About you
- A keen eye for detail and be methodical in approach
- The ability to manage a busy inbox
- Confidence in communicating including picking up the phone and building relationships
- Previous successful customer service, account management or sales experience within a busy environment (desirable but not essential)
