Looking to build your career in a fast-paced, creative environment? At Matrix, we’ve got an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our UK team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Exclusive Brand and Private Label department, helping bring products to life across the Beauty, Wellness and Lifestyle categories. Sitting within the Sales team, you’ll be at the heart of project coordination - working closely with Product Managers, Supply Chain, and Sourcing to keep everything running smoothly from concept to delivery.

- Supporting projects from initial brief through to final delivery
- Preparing engaging presentations using sales data, trends, and insights
- Analysing weekly sales reports to spot performance trends and opportunities
- Supporting internal processes, including Gate meetings and project tracking
- Helping manage timelines and key milestones alongside cross-functional teams
- Acting as a key link between Sales and other departments
- Supporting onboarding for new clients and ad-hoc Sales Ops tasks
Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills. Previous experience in an admin, coordination, or sales support role is a bonus.
