As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely monthly management accounts, meeting all deadlines without compromising quality. Working closely with the Financial Controller, fellow Management Accountant, and the Transactional Finance Team, you will enhance reporting processes, share expertise, and provide mutual support - particularly during critical periods such as the annual financial audit.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Revenue process for all divisions within Matrix workforce, milestone and payroll, including all P&L postings, ensuring it reconciles into our own proprietary systems.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations for all revenue related codes, ensuring all relevant documentation/backup are saved monthly for review.
- Understand client rebate agreements by client and ensure the monthly accruals reflect this and ensure invoices received are in line with accruals made and company policy.
- Ensure Umbrella postings are made on a timely basis with support.
- Ownership of Group VAT process, including monthly.
