Job Purpose:
Are you passionate about beauty and excited to contribute to fast growth beauty brands as we scale globally?
We have two roles in our team to support Cowshed and ARKIVE HEADCARE in driving brand strategy, product launches, and campaign activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Assist Brand Managers in developing and executing brand strategies that deliver against business and brand objectives
- Support strategic planning for new product launches and brand initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with overall brand goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to help execute across all marketing channel touchpoints
- Support global markets with marketing collateral and co-ordinate key communication across teams
Campaign Activation & Asset Creation
- Collaborate with the creative and social teams to compelling campaign assets across social, digital, and retail channels.
- Work with trade and creative team to execute impactful instore promotional material as needed
Media & PR Coordination
- Manage media processes including briefing and coordinating with agencies, under the guidance of the Brand Manager.
- Work closely with external PR teams on day-to-day brand needs and help organize PR activations and events from concept to execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct pre- and post-launch analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain brand toolkits and ensure that marketing materials are up-to-date and accessible for global markets
Trade Marketing & Retail Support
- Partner with the wholesale team to meet trade marketing requirements, ensuring optimal brand presence in retail environments.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and support brand-specific projects to meet evolving business needs.
About You:
- Experience: 2-3 years in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Skills: Strong commercial, organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion: A keen interest in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle with a proactive approach to staying on top of industry trends, especially within digital
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Creativity & Analysis: An eye for design and attention to detail, combined with strong analytical skills.
