Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Quantexa Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Quantexa solutions, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.



Key Responsibilities



Quantexa Development & Delivery



  • Design, develop, and implement Quantexa solutions across the full software development lifecycle

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity

  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and enforce best practices



Requirements Analysis & CDE Definition



  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications within the Quantexa framework

  • Define and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to support data governance and quality standards



Entity Resolution & Scoring Optimization



  • Develop, test, and optimize entity resolution models and scoring methodologies

  • Validate and fine‑tune models to enhance detection accuracy and system efficiency



Simulation & Threshold Calibration



  • Execute simulations of scoring models in validation and testing environments

  • Calibrate thresholds to improve detection outcomes and reduce false positives and negatives



Stakeholder Management



  • Collaborate with development, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment

  • Present findings, recommend improvements, and obtain stakeholder approvals

  • Act as a key liaison between technical and non‑technical stakeholders



Team Leadership



  • Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high‑quality code and timely delivery

  • Drive design decisions, establish standards, and oversee execution



Required Qualifications



  • 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Quantexa development

  • 2–3 years of experience leading teams and managing end‑to‑end solution delivery

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Entity Resolution and scoring models

    • Data modeling and advanced data analysis

    • Simulation techniques and threshold calibration

    • Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions



  • Experience within compliance, risk, or financial crime environments is highly preferred

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
