We are seeking an experienced Quantexa Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Quantexa solutions, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantexa Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, and implement Quantexa solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and enforce best practices.
- Requirements Analysis & CDE Definition
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications within the Quantexa framework.
- Define and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to support data governance and quality standards.
- Entity Resolution & Scoring Optimization
- Develop, test, and optimize entity resolution models and scoring methodologies.
- Validate and fine‑tune models to enhance detection accuracy and system efficiency.
- Simulation & Threshold Calibration
- Execute simulations of scoring models in validation and testing environments.
- Calibrate thresholds to improve detection outcomes and reduce false positives and negatives.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with development, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Present findings, recommend improvements, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Act as a key liaison between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high‑quality code and timely delivery.
- Drive design decisions, establish standards, and oversee execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in Quantexa development.
- 2–3 years of experience leading teams and managing end‑to‑end solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in:
- Entity Resolution and scoring models.
- Data modeling and advanced data analysis.
- Simulation techniques and threshold calibration.
- Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience within compliance, risk, or financial crime environments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
