We are seeking an experienced Quantexa Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Quantexa solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantexa Development & Delivery
- Design, develop, and implement Quantexa solutions across the full software development lifecycle
- Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and enforce best practices
- Requirements Analysis & CDE Definition
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications within the Quantexa framework
- Define and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to support data governance and quality standards
- Entity Resolution & Scoring Optimization
- Develop, test, and optimize entity resolution models and scoring methodologies
- Validate and fine-tune models to enhance detection accuracy and system efficiency
- Simulation & Threshold Calibration
- Execute simulations of scoring models in validation and testing environments
- Calibrate thresholds to improve detection outcomes and reduce false positives and negatives
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with development, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment
- Present findings, recommend improvements, and obtain stakeholder approvals
- Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery
- Drive design decisions, establish standards, and oversee execution
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Quantexa development
- 2–3 years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end solution delivery
- Strong expertise in:
- Entity Resolution and scoring models
- Data modeling and advanced data analysis
- Simulation techniques and threshold calibration
- Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience within compliance, risk, or financial crime environments is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
