Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Admissions officer to lead student recruitment and admissions activity. This role suits a UK-based professional with strong recruitment, admissions, and marketing capability. You will manage enquiries end-to-end and implement creative recruitment campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Recruitment & Admissions
    • Recruit Home students for Bradford, Bristol, Cardiff and Sheffield
    • Manage the full admissions cycle: enquiry handling, counselling, application support, offer to enrolment conversion
    • Respond promptly to phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries and maintain high conversion standards
    • Maintain accurate records and reporting of leads, applications, and enrolments (CRM/Excel/tools used by the organisation)
  • Marketing & Campaign Delivery
    • Plan and run recruitment campaigns, promotions, and events (online and offline)
    • Manage and grow the organisation’s social media presence (content planning, posting, engagement, lead generation)
    • Produce and coordinate marketing materials (digital posts, flyers, brochures, presentations)
    • Suggest new recruitment ideas and implement initiatives regularly to strengthen enrolment performance
  • Agent & Partnership Management
    • Identify, onboard, and manage agents and partner networks
    • Support agents with training, updated programme information, and marketing collateral
    • Monitor agent performance and maintain productive relationships to improve student pipeline
Targets & Commission

This is a target-oriented role and the successful candidate must achieve agreed recruitment targets. Commission: 2% on each successful recruitment/enrolment (terms to be agreed in writing and aligned with compliance requirements).

Requirements (Essential)
  • MBA (or equivalent postgraduate business/management qualification)
  • Based in the United Kingdom
  • 7 - 10 years’ experience in admissions, student recruitment, education marketing, or related sector
  • Proven experience recruiting students and managing education agents
  • Strong digital marketing and social media capability
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) with confident student counselling skills
  • Able to manage targets, reporting, and follow-up discipline
Desirable
  • Knowledge of UK Home student recruitment processes (where relevant to your offer)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead funnel management
  • Additional languages are a plus
What We Offer
  • Up to 2% commission per successful recruitment
  • Salary: £30,000 - £39,999 per year plus bonus
  • Up to £10,000 in annual performance incentives (pro-rata, awarded quarterly upon meeting KPIs and successful probation)
  • Pay progression: 3% annual increase based on performance.
