Matrix Recruitment is hiring a Project Scheduler for our pharmaceutical client in Co. Louth.
Contractors’ role/ 11 months / extensions
You are responsible for developing and maintaining a detailed, integrated project timeline for the site. You will coordinate across teams, track progress, and ensure key milestones are met on time.
Your new role
- Develop and manage the integrated site schedule using Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Coordinate timelines across teams and align with capital project milestones.
- Lead or support planning workshops to build and refine project schedules.
- Track progress, flag delays, and propose mitigation actions.
- Report weekly updates to project leadership using standard tools.
- Maintain alignment between sub-projects and overall site goals.
- Support governance through schedule metrics and risk tracking.
What You Need:
- Degree (Level 7 or 8) in a relevant scientific or technical field (preferred).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar (desirable).
- 5–8 years in project scheduling, preferably in biopharma.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
