Your New Job:
As Laboratory Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lab performance and ensuring work meets key quality standards. You’ll take the lead in managing staff, planning resources, and developing quality systems, while also being the main point of contact for clients on technical matters.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage laboratory operations to deliver efficient daily performance
- Organise and monitor sample processing, ensuring accurate and timely analysis
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 17025:2017 and internal policies
- Develop, train, and support laboratory staff
- Lead internal audits and support external accreditation processes
Requirements:
- Degree (or equivalent) in a scientific field
