Salary & Package:

  • £12.21/hr. Opportunity to earn £13.12 by following the skills level programme.
  • 32 days holiday including bank holidays, Pro-Rated
  • Discretionary bonus scheme paid quarterly against operational KPIs (up to 10% of base salary)
  • Overtime available - Friday & Saturday time and a half and Sundays & Bank holidays double time
  • Night shift allowance of £25 per week for every 9pm - 7am week worked
  • Attendance allowance of £25 per month for 100% monthly attendance

About the role:
You’ll be working in a fascinating technical industry, manufacturing the raw materials for rotomolding. It is a noisy dusty environment that requires a level of fitness, but it’s also a place filled with fantastic people who value you and the contributions you’ll make. You’ll have access to paid training opportunities and be given the tools and knowledge to support you in your future career.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery including Extrusion Lines, Mills, Blenders, and Packing Lines
  • Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and instructions given by the Team Leader
  • Complete all relevant paperwork.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and comply with all Company Quality and Health and Safety procedures including reporting of all dangerous equipment, occurrences and practices and the reporting of any accidents or incidents.
  • General housekeeping.
  • Assist in data input regarding completed work (feeding back into ERP system)
  • Carry out colour correction using the Spectrophotometer system.
