  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:00
  • Friday: 07:30 - 13:00

About the Role

We are looking for Assembly Operatives to join our client's team based in Walton Summit, Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and progress in a production environment. Full training will be provided, so experience is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with production line operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed production targets.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Experience in a similar production role is preferred but not essential.
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Starting wage: £11.44 per hour

Potential pay increase: £12.44 per hour after continued service.

Overtime: Available at the normal rate (voluntary, no premium)

Full training provided with career progression opportunities.
