We are seeking an experienced Quantexa Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Quantexa solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Quantexa solutions across the full software development lifecycle.
- Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and enforce best practices.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications within the Quantexa framework.
- Define and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to support data governance and quality standards.
- Develop, test, and optimize entity resolution models and scoring methodologies.
- Validate and fine-tune models to enhance detection accuracy and system efficiency.
- Execute simulations of scoring models in validation and testing environments.
- Calibrate thresholds to improve detection outcomes and reduce false positives and negatives.
- Collaborate with development, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Present findings, recommend improvements, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
- Drive design decisions, establish standards, and oversee execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Quantexa development.
- 2–3 years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in Entity Resolution and scoring models, data modeling and advanced data analysis, simulation techniques and threshold calibration.
- Proven ability to convert complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience within compliance, risk, or financial crime environments is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
