What You’ll Do:

• Manage editorial teams, provide mentorship, and ensure high performance.
• Define and execute content vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards.
• Work with marketing, sales, and design teams to optimize content and engage audiences.
• Manage editorial budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Lead content evolution and explore new formats and platforms.
• Serve as a key client-facing representative, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Understand client needs and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Support business growth, including pitching and identifying opportunities.
• Maintain brand voice, accuracy, and consistency across all content outputs.

What You Will Bring:

• Must have strong content strategy and communications experience in a related space.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about web3/crypto/blockchain.
• Expertise in CMS, SEO, and digital publishing.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking counterparts.
• Able to travel where the job demands.
