We are seeking an attentive and reliable Exam Invigilator to provide administrative support and supervision during the school exam periods, alongside assisting the Examinations Officer. The candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth process of assessment and that all examination body requirements and exam conditions are adhered to with honesty and integrity. You will work closely with the Exams department and hard-working students. This role is casual, as and when required, during Summer exam periods (May/June) and mock exam periods (October/November and February/March).
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and supervise examinations during exam periods.
- Assist the Examinations Officer in coordinating examination procedures and ensuring compliance with examination body requirements.
- Work closely with the Exams department and students to maintain exam integrity and smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity in handling examinations and related processes.
- Ability to work flexibly during casual and part-time periods aligned with Summer and mock exam timelines.
