The role

Detail‑oriented and passionate about streamlining financial processes? Join our team as an Invoice Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the efficient handling of invoices and the smooth operation of our automated invoice system, Yooz.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure the efficient receipt and processing of invoices into Yooz
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and secure approvals in line with Financial Procedures
  • Provide expert advice and training on Yooz and purchasing procedures
  • Set up new users, manage workflows, and resolve system/user issues
  • Handle supplier creation and data management
  • Deliver responsive administrative support across finance and procurement functions

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance role
  • Understanding, implementation and management of accounting processes and procedures
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software (e.g. SAGE)
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
