This self‑employed role is ideal for a former Headteacher or Trust Leader who is able to support and challenge us further on school development and pupil outcomes. About the role

As an Educational Improvement Partner, you will work closely with our leadership team to support and challenge our strategic priorities for continuous improvement. You will:

  • Provide expert guidance on school improvement planning and implementation.
  • Analyse performance data and self‑evaluation processes to identify strengths and areas for development.
  • Support the development of robust, sustainable strategies that raise achievement and enhance the quality of education.
  • Offer professional challenge and support to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and leadership.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an existing Ofsted Inspector.
  • Has significant recent leadership experience, ideally as a Headteacher or Trust Leader.
  • Demonstrates a strong track record of improving outcomes for children and young people.
  • Possesses up‑to‑date knowledge of educational legislation, safeguarding, and school improvement frameworks.
  • Is passionate about supporting schools to deliver the very best for every learner.
