We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager of Software Engineering with deep experience in software engineering and infrastructure leadership, and a proven track record leading high‑performance engineering teams in fast‑paced, highly competitive technology environments. This includes adopting modern delivery practices and tooling — such as AI‑assisted development — to increase throughput, improve quality, and amplify the effectiveness of experienced engineers. You will challenge outdated approaches, introduce better ones, and ensure teams adapt quickly without compromising reliability, security, or trust.
