Mativ is a global leader in specialty materials headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. We are hiring a Product Manager to drive strategy, profitability, and innovation within our Global Cable Tape business.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development.
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage new product development from concept to launch.
- Build business cases, pricing strategies, and CAPEX proposals.
- Develop sales tools and partner with Marketing Communications.
- Support sales with product training and customer presentations.
What You Bring:
- Engineering or technical background (Electrical/Industrial preferred).
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B manufacturing.
- 5+ years of marketing experience (pricing, promotions, product strategy).
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience in cable or industrial materials is desirable.
