As Senior Programme Manager, you'll sit at the heart of that, coordinating, driving and owning the major programmes that keep our customer-facing engine running. This isn't traditional programme management. You'll be building automation, designing frameworks, running global initiatives and using modern AI tooling to make things happen faster and smarter.

Matillion operates on a hybrid basis, with us coming together 2 days a week in our Manchester office to collaborate and drive our mission forward.

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple cross-functional Field Engineering initiatives - engaging stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success and IT to drive alignment and accountability from kickoff to completion.
  • Building comprehensive project blueprints that define business objectives, scope, delivery strategies, resource allocation and communication plans.
  • Proactively identifying, assessing and managing risks, dependencies, issues and impediments, maintaining robust change management and quality control processes that keep projects healthy and stakeholders informed.
  • Monitoring and reporting on programme performance to senior stakeholders while providing strong leadership to project teams.

Demonstrable experience in programme or project management experience in a B2B SaaS environment; Genuinely technical - you don't need to be a software engineer, but you must be comfortable with modern tooling like n8n, Claude Code or equivalent automation platforms.
