About MATIERE PREMIERE fragrances are built around the overdose of a single natural ingredient. With short, direct, and radical formulations, the sillage is immediate and long-lasting, the signature vibrant, and the experience irresistibly comforting. All creations are signed by our co-founder and perfumer Aurélien Guichard, who cultivates his own ingredients – Centifolia Rose, tuberose, and lavandin – exclusively for MATIERE PREMIERE in the Grasse region.
The Role
- As Business Manager at Harrods, you embody the House within one of the world’s most prestigious retail destinations. You are both a commercial driver and the guardian of our brand image, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint.
Commercial Leadership & Performance
- Lead the counter with ambition, elevating performance to consistently exceed targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret KPIs to implement strategic action plans.
- Drive sell-out through strong floor presence and elevated client engagement.
- Drive performance of promotional sites.
Brand Excellence & Client Experience
- Deliver a refined, highly personalized luxury experience aligned with House standards.
- Champion storytelling and convey the singularity of our raw materials and craftsmanship.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Team Development & Talent Management
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing coaching to cultivate product expertise and service excellence.

Strategic Partnerships & Operations
