Your Mission
As Assistant Manager, you support the Business Manager in driving the success of the counter. You play a key role in team leadership, sales performance, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.
- Team Leadership & Coaching
- Support the Business Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team of Fragrance Advisors.
- Ensure the consistent application of Retail Excellence standards and client service rituals.
- Contribute to the onboarding and coaching of new team members.
- Act as a role model on the sales floor, fostering a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
- Sales & Business Performance
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver personalised fragrance consultations and create memorable client experiences.
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and strengthen client loyalty.

- Assist in overseeing daily counter operations, including stock management and merchandising.

Profile
2–3 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end beauty, ideally in fragrance. Previous experience in team coordination or supervisory responsibilities is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Client-focused mindset with a true passion for perfumery. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
