Your Mission: As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving boutique performance, leading the team, and delivering an exceptional client experience. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the boutique while acting as a true ambassador of the House.
- Business Development & Client Experience: Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs. Deliver an elevated and personalised client experience aligned with the House standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients. Support CRM and clienteling initiatives to strengthen customer loyalty. Assist with in-store activations and events. Monitor boutique performance and contribute to action plans to maximise results.
- Team Support & Leadership: Support, motivate, and coach the Fragrance Sales Advisors on the shop floor. Lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative team spirit. Assist with onboarding and training new team members. Ensure the team embodies the values, image, and service standards of the House.
- Operational & Brand Excellence: Ensure the boutique consistently meets Retail Excellence standards. Support daily operations including stock management, scheduling, reporting, and internal communication. Ensure product presentation and visual merchandising guidelines are respected. Help maintain grooming and operational standards in line with company policies. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager when required.
Profile: Previous experience (2–4 years) in luxury retail, ideally in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or hospitality. First experience in team supervision or a senior sales advisor role is a plus. Strong customer service and sales skills with attention to detail. Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong organisational skills. Fluent in English; another language is a plus. Passion for fragrance, luxury, and storytelling. Comfortable with retail tools and reporting.
