Your Mission: As Team Leader in Selfridges Birmingham, you are key to ensuring daily operational excellence, motivating the team, and delivering a seamless luxury experience to every client.
- Team Animation & Coaching: Support, guide, and motivate Fragrance Advisors on the sales floor. Uphold and embody the Retail Excellence ceremonial and service standards. Contribute to onboarding and continuous training of new team members. Act as a role model and operational leader, maintaining team spirit and engagement.
- Sales Performance: Actively contribute to achieving boutique sales targets and KPIs. Identify client needs and opportunities to drive business results. Support the Store Manager in analysing performance and implementing commercial actions.
- Operational & Brand Standards: Supervise daily operations including openings, closings, and stock organisation. Ensure impeccable visual presentation and alignment with brand guidelines. Represent the Maison with expertise, passion, and elegance at all times.
Profile: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in high-end retail, ideally within niche perfumery or luxury beauty. Previous team coordination or supervisory experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a leadership mindset. Keen sense of detail, positive attitude, and true passion for fragrances. Fluent in English; any additional language is an advantage.
