Responsibilities:
- Draft and prosecute new telecoms patent applications and European patent applications.
- Collaborate with clients to support prosecution of Standards Essential Patents (SEPs) worldwide, providing bespoke advice, evaluating standards essentiality, and preparing claims charts for 3GPP telecoms standards.
- Additionally, draft and prosecute patent applications related to a broader range of technologies beyond telecoms.
Qualifications:
- Part or fully qualified patent attorney with an electrical engineering or physics background and experience or interest in telecoms work.
- Experience level: part-qualified 4β5 years or newly qualified.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and attorneys.
