This is a role for someone who does not like slow-paced environments - this is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong career whereby their hard work is directly having a positive impact on the lives of others. You’ll be the first impression that a parent will get from the company and thus must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport. Relevant experience required (at least one of the following):
- Telephone customer service experience
- Experience working in primary or secondary education
- Experience as an appointment setter
What you’ll be doing:
- Calling parents who have made an enquiry to book them onto the calendar
- Follow up daily with leads in your pipeline
- Keep the CRM clean and accurate
Working hours: 15-20h per week between the hours of 9am - 8pm (shifts are 9am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm). Some evenings/weekends required.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK + strong understanding of the UK education system
- Proven track record of high performance in a relevant role (e.g. sales, customer service, education)
- Excellent communicator (phone, video, and written)
- Organised, and proactive with a strong sense of urgency
- Reliable setup (laptop/desktop + strong WiFi) and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Do you tick all of the boxes? We’d love to hear from you! Please apply via LinkedIn and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours.
