What you will do as a Lead Instructor:

  • Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver instruction in a group setting
  • Monitor students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
  • Communicate student progress with Centre Director
  • Teach in-Centre using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices

What we are looking for in a Lead Instructor:

  • Passion and mastery in the language of math while working with and motivating students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and an openness to adapt and improve
  • Exceptional math competency through Gr. 11 Functions
  • Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities

Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee Centre is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their Centre.

Compensation: $17.60 - $21.00 per hour
