As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will work directly with the centre leadership to learn how to run and scale a business. You will gain hands-on experience across:

  • Marketing - implementing marketing strategies to drive sales enquiries.
  • Sales & Growth - converting enquiries into customers.
  • Operations - running day-to-day centre operations and implementing systems & processes to maintain centre excellence as student numbers increase.
  • Finance & Metrics - understanding KPIs, Revenue, and Profitability.
  • Team Leadership - recruiting, training, and motivating instructors.

Over time, you will be trained to take ownership of centre performance as the business scales. Career path to Centre Manager in 9 - 12 months.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, energetic and commercially minded, with:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
