Do you enjoy supporting children's learning and want flexible work in schools close to home? Teacher Supply Cover is an independent education agency working with primary schools between Hereford and Brecon. We're looking for teaching assistants, including people with SEN, one-to-one or learning support experience, for day-to-day and longer-term roles.
The work includes:
- Supporting class teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- One-to-one and small-group support for children with additional needs
- Day-to-day cover and longer-term placements, often in small village schools
What you'll need:
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is a plus but not essential)
- EWC registration as a School Learning Support Worker for work in Powys schools. We'll guide you through it
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check, which we arrange for you
- A warm, patient and reliable approach
