Bulk Sales Representative – Milwaukee, WI and Surrounding Area Position Accountabilities: Maintain high levels of personal safety performance and regulatory compliance. Drive profitable growth of the territory business. Prospect for new business opportunities. Negotiate new account and existing account contract renewals. Manage existing business portfolio to maximize gross profit. Provide first-line product and application support to customers and prospects. Coordinate and manage communication and support between Customer and MTG. Report sales activity timely to sales management. Identify package gas opportunities and coordinate with the package counterpart. Identify on-site & pipeline opportunities and coordinate with the On-Site Sales team. Support collections process as required. Perform site surveys for new installations. Utilize value-based selling skills. Achieve price attainment initiatives. Travel within the territory approximately 60-80% for work-related activities. Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of bulk gas sales, including liquid and tube trailer oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, helium, liquid carbon dioxide, related distribution, and application equipment. Also responsible for customer service—maintaining current customers and developing new ones. Reports to the Region Bulk Gas Sales Manager. Required Skills: Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Effective speaking skills for groups of customers, clients, vendors, managers, or employees. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume. Apply basic algebra and geometry concepts. Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various formats. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver\’s License. Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education (including a college degree) and experience.
