Mather Jamie is working exclusively with a leading regional property consultancy to recruit a Commercial Valuations Surveyor to join its established professional team. The role offers responsibility for a varied commercial valuation portfolio across Leicestershire and the wider East Midlands, including industrial, office, mixed‑use and occasional trading assets. The majority of instructions come from long‑standing, repeat clients. While you’ll be the sole dedicated commercial valuer, you’ll work closely with a collaborative commercial and rural team, benefitting from shared expertise and support.
MRICS Qualified and Registered Valuers with strong commercial experience, good technical knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with others are encouraged to apply.
