We are seeking an experienced consulting leader with deep expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry to help clients solve complex business challenges through data, analytics, AI, and strategic problem-solving.
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of industry knowledge, consulting rigor, and structured thinking, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, formulate hypotheses, develop strategic points of view, and guide clients toward actionable outcomes.
This role requires an individual who can engage with senior business stakeholders, shape problem statements, lead solutioning efforts, and translate unstructured business requirements into scalable analytics and transformation initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partner with senior client stakeholders across commercial, customer, marketing, category management, revenue growth management, and supply chain functions. Structure ambiguous business challenges into clearly defined problem statements and actionable workstreams.
- Develop strategic recommendations, points of view, and solution frameworks to address complex business questions.
- Lead consulting engagements focused on driving measurable business outcomes through data, analytics, and AI.
- Facilitate executive discussions and influence decision-making through fact-based insights and strategic storytelling.
- Guide cross-functional teams in translating business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
