Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, client-facing consulting leader with deep experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and a strong background in management consulting, business transformation, and enterprise analytics strategy. As an Associate Principal in Customer Success, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping shape and drive large-scale transformation initiatives across commercial, supply chain, customer, and marketing functions. This role requires the ability to bridge business strategy and data-driven execution - partnering closely with client leadership to identify opportunities, influence decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes through AI, analytics, and consulting-led engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams across global delivery models, support strategic account growth initiatives, and help clients navigate complex business challenges through scalable consulting solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting mindset, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively within fast-paced enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding enterprise transformation initiatives across data, analytics, AI, and operational strategy.
- Build and manage executive-level client relationships while driving long-term partnership growth within the account.
- Lead consulting engagements focused on solving complex business challenges across revenue growth management, customer analytics, retail execution, supply chain optimization, and demand forecasting.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured strategic recommendations, actionable roadmaps, and scalable analytics solutions.
- Partner with client and internal leadership teams on engagement planning, solutioning, proposal development, and account expansion opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional consulting and analytics teams to ensure successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams in India to execute large-scale transformation programs through MathCo’s hybrid operating model.
- Drive executive communication, workshop facilitation, and change management activities across client organizations.
- Contribute to internal consulting capability development, thought leadership, and CPG industry strategy initiatives.
