Account Manager to join our fast paced label manufacturing business and help bring big-brand packaging projects to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
- Understand and manage label specifications, artwork requirements, compliance standards, and timelines.
- Work closely with internal teams – design, production, and logistics to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare quotes, review pricing, and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Anticipate and resolve issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide regular account reporting.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in account management, ideally within labels, printing, packaging, or manufacturing.
- Good understanding of label production methods and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple projects under pressure.
- Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with silk screen, digital, or offset printing.
- Worked with clients in sectors such as food & drink, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
- An interest in sustainability and eco‑friendly packaging trends.
