Based initially within our Chapter Two phase (Y1-4), this role is intended to work closely with class teachers and school leaders to deliver excellent education to our pupils. You will deliver whole class teaching to cover PPA and absences, working alongside the class teacher to ensure the curriculum is well taught, whilst overseeing and delivering high quality interventions to support children outside of direct teaching. You will also line manage and develop the TA team, supporting colleagues to grow in their knowledge and understanding of effective support for all children, especially those requiring additional support.
