Description: You work with Clinicians, Biomedical Engineers, Surgeons and Clinical specialists to help enable and train people on the use of 3D technology. You will provide technical support and answer questions on their specific cases. You will deliver training on a 1-2-1 basis or in a classroom setting. You will also represent Materialise at trade shows and deliver live demonstrations of Materialise Mimics software during the sales process, ensuring the correct bespoke solution is created for each customer. As well as hospitals, we also work in an academic setting ensuring academics have the correct tools for their research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Networking with Surgeons and other HCP to ensure the safe and effective use of the Mimics Software.
- Troubleshooting within existing accounts using our software to ensure all Surgeons & Registrars are able to access the software for surgical planning when needed.
- You develop a working relationship with regular Surgeons and understand their preferences providing essential product feedback to the Product Management team.
- You train new HCPs to plan cases within our workflow.
- You support our commercial activities by giving demos of common case types and attending trade shows.
- Actively contributes to team meetings and discussions. Proactively suggests improvements for team organization and communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Biomedical knowledge and degree level qualification.
- 1+ years of previous experience with 3D software applications used by hospitals.
- UK driving license and access to a car.
Accountability:
- Increase usage levels of existing Mimics Licenses across our UK Hospital base.
Work Environment:
This role will require 70% of the time travelling and 30% working from home.
