Material Change Limited has over 18 years’ experience in the recycling and energy generation industry. We operate and manage 11 Anaerobic Digestion plants across the UK processing more than 380,000t of organic material and food waste to generate renewable gas, electricity and CO2. We clear and sell over 500,000t of chicken litter as a renewable feedstock and fertilizer replacement. With 6 compost sites across the Midlands and East of England, we provide quality assured and farm grade Compost, Mulch and Bark to landscapers, gardeners, local farmers and local authorities.

We are seeking an experienced Waste Feedstock Manager to expand the business operations, win waste into sites and identify areas for expansion of the business.
Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):- Identifying tenders to apply for
- Waste Feedstock reporting and monitoring
- Contracts needed, with support from the legal director
- Collation of Sustainability Data
- New waste streams
- Waste to land projects
- Operational cost savings
- Sourcing feedstock for all AD sites
- Overseeing of compost offtake
- Previous experience in similar role/field
- Self-motivated
- Keen to win new business
- Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
This role will be hybrid with regular travel to sites.
