Material Bank is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Onboarding Specialist who will serve as one of the first points of contact for new Brand Partners and play a critical role in shaping their success on the platform. You will lead partners through a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring they are set up for long term engagement and impact within the most innovative company in the Design and Architecture industry. This position is fast paced and highly collaborative, requiring strong communication skills, a tech savvy mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. What You’ll Do
- Lead the onboarding process for new Brand Partners, ensuring a smooth and successful integration onto the Material Bank platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Brand Partners and internal teams throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Coordinate and support the setup of Brand Partner product pages, catalog structure, and initial data requirements.
- Manage catalog-related updates, ensuring product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards.
- Handle ticketing for onboarding and catalog updates, ensuring all requests are documented, prioritized, and resolved.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy before go-live.
- Execute simple PIM (Product Information Management) functions to support catalog readiness.
- Educate Brand Partners on platform processes and collaborate with them to implement new catalog or workflow improvements.
- Provide ongoing support to the team after go-live, including addressing catalog updates, follow-up ticket requests, and helping maintain long-term data quality.
What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, project management, account coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English required.
- Additional European languages are a strong plus, especially Italian, Spanish, French and/or German.
- Familiarity with Excel functions and comfort working with structured product data.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A client-focused mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn workflows, tools, and systems.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
