What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with senior brand stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, business outcomes, performance metrics, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Operational Execution: Manage the day‑to‑day operations of your partner portfolio, including updates to contacts, project tracking, deliverable management, and documentation.
  • Project Management: Oversee cross‑functional initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and outcomes align with strategic goals.
  • Presentation & Reporting: Create compelling partner‑facing presentations, quarterly business reviews, and performance reports that communicate insights and opportunities with clarity and polish.
  • Negotiation & Renewals: Lead renewal discussions and contract negotiations that secure long‑term partnership value.
  • Data‑Driven Insight: Analyze brand performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Tech, Business Development, and Marketing to deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management, project management, or client partnerships, preferably within B2B, design, or technology‑driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex relationships while staying deeply involved in executional details.
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills – comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation design and communication skills; ability to craft professional decks, reports, and proposals that influence executive audiences.
  • Solid analytical foundation; fluent in Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and performance dashboards.
  • A hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset – equally skilled in strategy, follow‑through, and problem‑solving.
  • Unwavering accountability, adaptability, and drive to deliver results.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast to meet with partners and teams.
