Brand Services Associate, fluent in German & English

We’re hiring a Brand Services Associate for our growing European business. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that requires candidates to have strong communication and people skills as well as a tech-savvy nature. A willingness to roll-up your sleeves, jump right in, and take ownership will make a huge impact on Material Bank’s business development!
What you’ll do:
- Working with the Brand Services team, you will act as the liaison between Brand Partners and the business
- Responsible for onboarding new Brands and project managing getting Brand live on platform
- Be a consultative partner to our Brand Partners and help analyse site activity as well as provide guidance on overall success on the sales platform
- Respond to inbound inquiries from our Brand Partners
- Provide updates regarding program changes including system updates
- Support partnership marketing initiatives between Material Bank and its Brand Partners
- Maximise sales by driving upselling, and providing education around offerings
- Participate in and achieve monthly promotional sales goals
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- 3+ years of experience in a project management role, or similar with the ability to manage complex projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Language skills are essential in this role. If you speak German & English, and any additional European languages, we would love to speak to you.
- Proficient Excel skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A “client-focused” mindset
- JIRA, QuickBase, Dashboard, and Zendesk experience or similar ticketing platform
