What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers and channel partners worldwide
- Providing expert technical support and application guidance
- Creating detailed quotations and proposals for equipment, spares, and service solutions
- Using consultative sales techniques to progress opportunities and build long-term relationships
- Identifying new revenue opportunities through customer insights and sales data
- Collaborating with global teams including Sales, Engineering, Field Service, and Operations
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and tools
What We’re Looking For
You’re somebody who:
- Can interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
- Is passionate about technical sales and customer success
- Has excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Your Background
- Experience in technical sales (2–4 years) with proven success
- A technical qualification or equivalent experience (degree preferred)
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments (desirable)
- Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ideally ERP systems (JD Edwards)
What Else?
Based at our Evesham Head Office. Occasional travel (approx. twice per year).
