Location: Evesham, UK
Are you a strategic, creative marketer ready to make a global impact? We’re looking for an experienced Platform & Brand Marketing Manager to lead day‑to‑day marketing activity across five business brands within the growing IDEX MPT platform.
In this high‑visibility role, you will shape brand presence, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement through well‑planned, well‑executed, and insight‑driven marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with global teams, product management, sales, and external creative partners to deliver marketing programmes that move the needle.
What You’ll Do
- Develop campaign strategies in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and external agencies
- Identify target segments and customer groups to inform marketing direction
- Oversee execution of multi‑brand campaigns and ensure on‑time delivery
- Collaborate with regional teams in India and China to localise and adapt plans
- Manage marketing budgets and deliver projects within scope
- Create and maintain sales collateral including brochures, case studies, animations, and presentations
- Brief and manage creative suppliers producing visual and digital content
- Work cross‑functionally to gather insights and ensure strategic alignment
- Track campaign performance, lead‑generation metrics, and ROI
- Provide recommendations for continual improvement and future marketing planning
