To support our growth and operational excellence, we are looking for a hands-on and motivated Shirt Specialist to join our Manchester-based team. Your Role As a Shirt & operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our production and logistics operations. Your work ensures the quality, speed, and precision needed to deliver to fans and partners worldwide. You’ll play a vital role in turning match-worn shirts into treasured collectibles — with real impact every day. What You\’ll Do Process inbound shirt flow from clubs and partners Conduct product photography Handle the authentication process Prepare and frame shirts to high quality standards Ship outbound shirt and frame orders globally Support internal logistics and warehouse operations What you bring Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus You are a hands-on doer with a proactive and can-do mentality Detail-oriented and precise in handling valuable items A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Goal-oriented Strong motivation and willingness to learn are essential What We Offer Informal and Sporty Environment: An informal, international, and sports-focused work environment.
