We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional SIA-licensed Security Guard to join the night shift security team at a prestigious private residential estate in Virginia Water. This is a permanent opportunity offering stability, excellent pay and the chance to work within a high-end, well-managed estate environment.
The Role
You will provide overnight security across a 24-acre luxury residential estate, ensuring the safety of residents, visitors and property. Duties include:
- Regular estate patrols
- Monitoring CCTV systems
- Controlling access and visitor entry
- Responding to alarms and emergencies
- Completing detailed shift reports
- Acting as the out-of-hours point of contact for residents
This is an active role requiring vigilance, professionalism and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Valid SIA Security Guard Licence (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' security experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident using CCTV systems
